Photo Essay: Manteca High a Distinguished School

Manteca High School was named a California Distinguished School on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. The announcement was made by the school's principal Megan Peterson to the students. The selection process involved an analysis of data from the 2023 dashboard with the focus of showing excellence and progress in academic achievements and maintaining a positive school environment. Only 3 percent of middle and high schools were selected for this honor across the state of California. Top row, from left: This academic mural showcases the basic unit of life in the 90 Wing at Manteca High School on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
