Sit down interview with All-Area Guard Peyton Nieman

The tower sat down with Manteca boys’ basketball shooting guard Peyton Nieman, who was named to the Manteca Bulletin’s All-Area team. Nieman was given All-Area honors along with Manteca point guard Evani Gaeta. As a team, both players led Manteca to a 20-10 (8-2 league) record and a quarterfinals appearance in the 2024 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Sac-Joaquin Section Boys Basketball Playoffs Division 3. This year, Nieman averaged 13.1 points per game (PPG), 1.9 assists per game (APG) and 3.5 rebounds per game (RPG). As stated in the interview, Nieman intends to play collegiate basketball for a division 2 college or a junior college. Gaeta averaged 10.3 PPG, 4.3 RPG, and 4.2 APG.
